Terms and Conditions
-The booking request can be made directly to this site or to the email address info@villaromabedandbreakfast.com or by phone, via SMS, WhatsApp at the number +393939110820.
You will receive from us a confirmation of the reservation by electronic means, accompanied by all the information about the B&B and the payment methods. In case of payment without Credit Card it's request an advance of 30% by Bank Transfer to this account: IBAN: IT92G0708436140041010018487.
Refund policy:
There are no refunds for cancellations more than 30 days from the check-in date
- The balance of the reservation will be made upon arrival together with the delivery of the keys and can be made by credit card, debit card or cash. If by event of early departure with respect to the established date, no refunds will be made. At the daily rate for your room there will be added, mandatory, the tax of the municipality of Jesolo, of the equivalent of the amount of € 1.00 per night per person (excluding children under 5 years of age).According to law, B&Bs are not a commercial activity therefore they are not required to issue a fiscal document. In order to prove your payment, we can issue a non-fiscal receipt with the total amount and the duration of your stay. The stamp duty on the receipts with an amount of more than €77,47 will be at you charge.
- Upon arrival at the B&B, identity documents must be handed in (Passport or ID Card) valid, necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the penal code and authorizes us to request the immediate abandonment of the B&B. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
In the same property but well separated and fenced there is also a cottage for 2 people which also benefits from the swimming pool and parking.My wife and I live in an independent apartment adjacent to the villa.
-Check-in: The delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 14:00 pm to 20:00 pm , unless different needs of our guests. If you tell us in time about the means of transportations (car / train / plane with flight number) and the time of your arrival and if there are any delays we will be able to welcome you in the best way avoiding unnecessary waiting.
-Check-out: Rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 am. We will have no problem keeping your luggage until the end of the day.
Pets are welcome and are not subject to any additional fees. However, they have to remain always and in any case exclusively under the responsibility of the guest who will answer completely, taking care that they will not disturb other guests present in the structure.
- In the breakfast area breakfast will be served from 7.30 am until 10.30am. The kitchen is available to share with the other guests even after breakfast, in these cases it will be your care to tidy up and clean up all the areas used.
In the case of renting the entire B&B, the breakfast service is not provided (unless otherwise agreed).
The structure will be completely for the exclusive use of guests who at the end of their stay will have to leave it cleaned with the washed dishes, with the exclusion of the general cleaning of the room that is included in the cost of the stay.
- The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms and the change of bed linen and towels are changed out every 3 days in B&B formula and every week in case of House Rent formula. On request you can have the daily change for an additional cost of € 5.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and bedrooms. Compliance with this rule stems from the need to protect those who do not smoke and those who comes after you, as well as from the fire prevention regulations. - We would like to inform you that the bedrooms do not have safety deposit boxes. Therefore we invite you to leave no effect of value unattended in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
We invite guests to always close doors and windows. The B&B declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects of your property left in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas and for any damage to persons or things to and from third parties. Any damage must be declared and paid immediately to the manager of the house. - In accordance with the regulations of the B&B and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 23.00pm and 8.00 am.
- It is strictly forbidden to receive visits from other guests not staying in the structure.
We recommend a correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding to throw anything in the WC (please use the appropriate baskets).
It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners whenever you leave the room.
- Guests of the B&B can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and solarium with sun loungers. Diving is strictly prohibited. Please use the outdoor shower before using the pool.
The pool is also available to apartment Guests based on the same propriety.
